Your booking is only confirmed once we’ve sent you a booking confirmation by email.
We need the course fees paid in full by the invoice due date (ten days after booking). We don’t send 30-day invoices because we’re a small business that can’t afford wasted seats and want plenty of time to resell them if we need to.
We may cancel your place if it isn’t paid for in time but talk to us if you need more time.
Cancellation or transfer
You may substitute participants at any time without any charge. Please contact us to let us know so the course facilitator is prepared.
To cancel or move your course date:
• More than 28 working days before the course date – full refund minus £65 administration fee.
• Between 27 working days and 14 working days before the course date – you pay 50% of the course fee/ we will refund 50% of the course fee.
• Fewer than 13 working days before the course date – you pay 100% of the course fee/we will not refund you.
